Our client approached us to refurbish and provide building upgrades to 47 residential units across 3 different dwellings.
A large scale commercial exercise delivered for a good cause.
With a limited budget, priority was given to upgrade all the integral finishes, remove the gas appliances and enhance an overall healthy standard for all the occupants.
